What You’ll Need
- 200ml milk (your choice—dairy or plant-based. I use full-fat organic milk)
- 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder ½ tsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp flax seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon (trust me, this is the secret ingredient)
- ½ tsp Golden goodness turmeric blend
- 100g frozen blueberries
- 100g frozen mixed berries
- 7 ice cubes
- ½ a banana
- 100g yogurt (Greek yogurt for extra protein)
How to Make It
- Throw everything into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.

- Want less calories? use water instead of milk
- Want it thicker? Use less milk or add more ice cubes.
