The Blake Shake is thick, creamy and tasty. Whether you're trying to gain muscle, lose fat or both. I got you. It is one of my go-to protein shakes I genuinely have every day. It's delicious, and packed with protein, vitamins and micronutrients to keep your stores replenished after your workout. 

Best part? It takes less than 5 minutes to throw together.

What You’ll Need

  • 200ml milk (your choice—dairy or plant-based. I use full-fat organic milk)
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder ½ tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp flax seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (trust me, this is the secret ingredient)
  • ½ tsp Golden goodness turmeric blend 
  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 100g frozen mixed berries
  • 7 ice cubes 
  • ½ a banana
  • 100g yogurt (Greek yogurt for extra protein)

How to Make It

  1. Throw everything into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass, and enjoy.

Pro Tips to Level It Up

  • Want less calories? use water instead of milk
  • Want it thicker? Use less milk or add more ice cubes.
  • Need more calories? Add a tablespoon of peanut butter or half an avocado.
  • Want a chocolate version? Swap vanilla protein for chocolate and add a teaspoon of cocoa powder.
