Refund policy

Our refund policy is based on the "Termination of Agreement" section of your Personal Training Agreement and is designed to be fair and transparent for both the client and the business.

Termination of Agreement: Either the client or the trainer may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.

Refund Calculation: In the event of termination, refunds will be handled fairly, based on the remaining sessions and the reason for termination. A refund will be calculated by considering the number of sessions left and the amount will be refunded accordingly, unless termination is due to a breach of terms by the client.

Refunds for Different Payment Plans:

  • Paid in Full Program: For clients who have paid for the entire program upfront, the refund will be based on the number of sessions remaining from the total program.

  • Monthly or Fortnightly Payment Plans: For clients on a monthly or fortnightly payment plan, the refund will be calculated based on the unused sessions for the current paid period. No refunds will be given for sessions that have already been paid for and completed.
